Full Integration of NODER Access Control with AxxonSoft

The NODER integration module connects NODER Access Control Systems with the Axxon PSIM platform, enabling operators to configure and manage controllers and readers, as well as monitor events, alarms, and related actions generated by the NODER system. This integration reduces response time and ensures consistent policy enforcement across all protected sites. It also enables fast user updates directly from the integrated User Manager.

Key Features of NODER Access Control

The NODER Access Control System consists of network-based controllers EE12, EWE4, and EWE4-LCD, running on the Linux operating system. The solution stands out for its high design flexibility, ease of installation, and a strong level of communication security thanks to end-to-end encryption.

NODER readers are robust and secure devices based on RS-485 communication and AES-256 encryption. Since the controllers operate as independent IP devices, the system performs particularly well in environments that require easy adaptation to rapidly changing conditions, especially in large-scale access control deployments.

Users can authenticate using secure mobile credentials stored on their smartphones, eliminating the need for physical access cards. The solution supports encrypted communication between the mobile device and reader, ensuring a high level of security and protection against unauthorised access or credential cloning. Mobile authentication can be performed via technologies such as Bluetooth or NFC, enabling fast, convenient, and contactless entry. Additionally, credentials can be remotely issued, updated, or revoked in real time, providing greater flexibility and centralised control for administrators.

Overview and Key Benefits of NODER Access Control with Axxon PSIM Software

PSIM enables the configuration and management of a wide range of access scenarios, including one-way and two-way passages, elevators, barriers, and interlock systems. This flexibility allows the platform to support both simple entry points and more complex access control environments, ensuring precise movement control, enhanced security, and compliance with site-specific requirements.

  1. Configuration, management, monitoring, and firmware updates of controllers.
  2. Configuration, management, monitoring, and firmware updates of proximity readers.
  3. Configuration, management, monitoring, and updates of users, cards, mobile credentials, user rights, zones and schedules.
  4. Enables user sharing with other integrated security systems.
  5. Visualisation of controller and reader statuses within the Axxon PSIM operator interface.
  6. Correlation of access-related events, door status, and alarm signals with CCTV monitoring.
  7. Support for the Guard Tour Module – enabling planning, monitoring, and logging of guard patrols based on NODER readers.
  8. Establishment of encrypted end-to-end communication between system components.
